Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
Provide accurate quotes and clearly explain coverage options for personal lines insurance
Educate clients on policy choices, coverage benefits, and deductible options
Handle policy transactions, including applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to secure competitive rates for clients
Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and policy information in our CRM system
Ensure full compliance with all state and federal insurance regulations
Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and evolving coverage options
Qualification
Required
Active insurance license (required)
Strong knowledge of personal lines products, including auto, home, renters, and umbrella policies
Proven track record of success in insurance sales
Self-motivated with a high level of integrity and professionalism
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Proficiency with insurance software and CRM systems
