Strategic Project Advisor (Cyber Intelligence)

Responsibilities

Ability to perform periodic reviews of operational processes to ensure process outcome meets stakeholder' requirement, and provide recommended adjustments in the form of a written report
Creation and analysis of cyber intelligence
Develop and refind Standard Operating Procedures to address ongoing program needs
Prepare metrics, conduct research as necessary, and assist with spot reports, highlights and administrative planning
Work with assigned customer team to review requirements and design and implement action plans to address these requirements to meet stakeholder needs
Provide weekly situational reports on the status and needs for each requirement, including key milestones and timelines
Track and respond to formal and informal taskigns and actions to customer leadership
Assist in the development of a strategy and tracking for customer mission engagements with partners
Coordinate meeting plans and handle internal correspondence in support of customer mission activities
Brief executive leadership on new and relevant developments
Management of files, documents, and relevant paperwork to maintain a portfolio of customer requirements

Required

TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required
Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Knowledge and experience working with the classified customer
Experience with threat analysis, the cyber mission for USIC customers, and a subject matter expertise on cyber intelligence production, dissemination, and operations
Strong organizational and time management skills to address both planned and unplanned events
Excellent writing and briefing skills, a thorough understanding of the customer operations cycle, and experience building relationships and coordinating across customer offices on cyber requirements
Ability to learn the customer portfolio and manage a medium to large sized case load. In time, ability to use subject matter expertise to offer strategic guidance on the evolution of a customer program
Comfortability briefing all levels of customer management and presenting work in formal review panels
Must be proactive and nature and work well in a team environment

Preferred

Strongly desired that the ideal candidate exhibit familiarity with digital tradecraft and customer systems
