Fox Rent A Car is gearing up for the ski season and is seeking reliable, friendly customer service professionals to assist during their busiest time of year. The role involves greeting customers, handling vehicle returns, and ensuring a positive rental experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Welcoming customers with a warm, friendly greeting - making sure their first impression is a great one

Keeping the ready line area clean, organized, and looking sharp

Making sure every vehicle is spotless, prepped, and ready for customer pick-up

Inspecting cars for quality standards and pulling any that need servicing

Helping customers locate their rental cars and assisting with luggage

Handling vehicle swaps, exchanges, or upgrades to keep customers happy

Greeting returning customers with that same warm welcome - making sure their last impression is just as good

Conducting thorough vehicle inspections - checking for damage, recording mileage, verifying fuel levels, and documenting everything accurately

Collecting keys and making sure customers have all their belongings before they leave

Completing and submitting paperwork to flag any mechanical issues or damage for management

Walking customers through their final rental charges, explaining everything clearly, and answering questions professionally

Moving and parking vehicles around the facility to keep things flowing smoothly

Maintaining organization and efficiency in both the ready line and return areas

Troubleshooting issues as they come up and keeping a positive attitude

Valid Driver's License - non-negotiable
