Responsibilities
Communicating with project team and inspectors to create synergy
Assigning inspectors daily by 330PM
Some communication before 8AM and after 5PM coordinating late requests and changes
Confirming available equipment for upcoming inspections in advance
Confirming equipment availability ahead of inspections
Updating distribution lists
Tracking field equipment on ELAS
Qualification
Required
3-5 years in a highly interactive dispatching environment
High school diplomas required
Drivers license required
