Responsibilities

Engage clients in the showroom with a polished, consultative approach that turns inspiration into action
Pursue outside sales opportunities—prospect, network, and build relationships with key decision-makers in the design community
Own your book of business with full accountability for growth, profitability, and client satisfaction
Deliver tailored solutions that reflect each client’s vision, backed by deep product knowledge and design expertise
Act as a brand ambassador, representing our values and elevating every interaction with professionalism and passion

Required

3+ years of outside/inside sales and/or business development experience in the high-end, luxury brand environment
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales and marketing quotas and goals
Success with developing new business
Exceptional communications skills, both verbal and written
Digitally savvy
Ability to listen and translate client's needs into sales
Strong persuasion, negotiation skills and the ability to influence others; close sales transactions/deals
Self-motivated and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM and other sales tracking tools

Preferred

Plumbing And/or Tile Industry Experience
