Staffing Coordinator
Legacy Healthcare LLC is dedicated to improving the lives of the Guests they serve, and they are seeking a Staffing Coordinator to ensure proper staffing in the facility. This role involves maintaining staffing levels, assisting with payroll accuracy, and supporting daily operations to meet regulatory requirements and the needs of Guests.

Responsibilities
Assures adequate number of staff are scheduled at all times to meet the Guest’s needs as well as federal, state, and local regulations
Assures monthly and daily staffing records are completed on time
Secures coverage for vacancy shift, open positions, vacations and staff call-offs
Maintains master schedule and log of all clinical staff schedule worked hours
Assists the payroll coordinator with accuracy and verification of all hours worked by nursing staff
Records employee attendance and communicates with DON and ADON when issues arise
Assists the Administrator and other department heads with the daily operations of the entire facility
May be assigned temporary or long term assignments in various departments
Reports all hazardous conditions, damaged equipment, accidents/incidents and supply issues to appropriate persons
Assure that established infection control and prevention practices and standard precautions are maintained at all times
Follow established safety precautions when performing tasks and using equipment and supplies
Maintains the comfort, privacy and dignity of Guests and interacts with them in a manner that displays warmth, respect and promotes a caring environment
Qualification
Required
