Generate accurate invoices, month end close
Maintain and update billing records in a timely manner
Monitor payments and ensure timely receipt of funds
Ensure all payment terms and conditions are met
Ensure accurate data entry into accounting software or systems
Reconcile billing discrepancies or errors and work to resolve them quickly
Proven experience in an ERP environment
Coordinating with technical IT teams

Qualification

Accounts Receivable experienceAccounting software proficiencyMicrosoft ExcelBachelor’s degree in financeDetail-oriented

Required

3+ years of AR experience
Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and other office applications

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
