The Training Manager will lead the JETSET Training Academy, overseeing the training of new instructors and ensuring brand consistency across studios, while also playing a key role in product development and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

Lead 2-4 training sessions per month (5 day or 2 weekend format)

Conduct hands-on training sessions, ensuring participants understand and can effectively deliver our brand’s unique workout experience

Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, adjusting programs as needed to ensure optimal outcomes

Oversee up to 25 studios within a designated region.Provide ongoing support, coaching, and feedback to studios to maintain high standards of instruction and brand consistency

Ensure all lead instructors adhere to company policies, procedures, and training guidelines

Maintain and enforce brand standards across all training programs

Regularly review and update training materials to reflect current best practices and brand messaging

Serve as the primary point of contact for lead instructors regarding training-related inquiries and issues

Collaborate with the product development team to create engaging and effective workshops

Brainstorm and develop new class types and exercises that align with the brand’s vision and goals

Test and refine new training concepts before they are rolled out to the broader instructor base

Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and instructor evaluations

Prepare and submit regular reports on training activities, outcomes, and areas for improvement

Assist with the development of training budgets and ensure all training activities are conducted within budgetary constraints

Ensure all client inquiries, issues, and concerns receive a positive and timely response

Create, monitor, and maintain class and staff schedules.Maintain inventory for supplies, retail, and beverages as needed

Support VP with new studio opening instructor audition process from submission to approval

Travel Requirement: This is a hybrid role with significant on-site presence at the HQ Training & Support Center in the Wynwood neighborhood of Miami, FL, the South of Fifth Training Studio and/or Regional Training Centers at least three days per week on average. Up to 20% travel for onsite trainings and workshops
