Responsibilities
Contribute to meaningful, results-driven projects that deliver real value across BD
Work with cross-functional teams in varied geographic and operational settings
Receive guidance from peer mentors and managers, and engage with leaders through meet & greets and lunch & learns
Qualification
Required
Completion of Junior year towards a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Life Sciences or Quality Sciences
Demonstrated technical aptitude and strong leadership potential
Ability to learn quickly, deal with ambiguity, take initiative and achieve results
Excellent written and communications skills
Proven organization and time management skills
Preferred
Prior internship or Co-op experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field desired, but not required
