Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with NextGen’s vision and market opportunities
Lead the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to build innovative products that resonate with target markets
Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying opportunities for new products and enhancements in areas like AI/ML, blockchain, and data engineering
Define product requirements, roadmaps, and key performance metrics to guide development and measure success
Drive customer feedback loops to ensure that product features meet market demands and deliver superior user experiences
Develop pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing teams
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data and analytics to refine product offerings
Build and mentor a high-performing product team, promoting a customer-centric and innovation-focused mindset
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a CPO, VP of Product, or in a similar senior product leadership role, preferably in tech-focused companies
Deep understanding of full-stack web development, software development, APIs, data engineering, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Knowledge of blockchain, AI/ML, computer vision, and game development
Strong track record of leading successful product launches and scaling products in a competitive market
Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to product development and decision-making
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling product narratives
Strategic thinker with a passion for creating innovative solutions that address market needs
