Processing subcontractor and supplier invoices
Manage payroll, employee benefits, vacation time, etc
Manage accounts payable and receivable via QuickBooks
Collections and tracking outstanding invoices
Routinely prepare financial reports
Keep the office fully supplied and orderly
Provide management with necessary info and documentation upon request
Perform basic HR tasks
Qualification
Required
5-10 years of experience
Detailed oriented
Customer service oriented
Great communication skills
Proficient in QuickBooks
Experience in QuickBooks and Excel
Preferred
Prior experience in the construction or service industry
