Thorsen Construction is a 3rd generation boutique custom builder with a passion for constructing meaningful architecture. They are seeking an Office Manager responsible for a broad array of administrative duties, including managing payroll, accounts payable, and preparing financial reports.

Processing subcontractor and supplier invoices
Manage payroll, employee benefits, vacation time, etc
Manage accounts payable and receivable via QuickBooks
Collections and tracking outstanding invoices
Routinely prepare financial reports
Keep the office fully supplied and orderly
Provide management with necessary info and documentation upon request
Perform basic HR tasks
