Leap is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Supervisor for their boutique powered by the Leap Platform coming to Abbot Kinney in March 2026. The Sales Supervisor will manage day-to-day store operations, drive sales, and cultivate exceptional customer relationships while leading a team to create memorable in-store experiences.

Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day store operations
Driving sales
Cultivating exceptional customer relationships
Implementing strategic initiatives designed to boost team performance
Increasing revenue
Upholding exceptional guest service standards
Overseeing key operational functions such as inventory management, visual merchandising, and shipment processing
Contributing to market and brand initiatives such as promotional events, activations, and store openings
Leveraging technology and systems such as Shopify, Endear (CRM), and Slack to optimize store operations
Managing both the customer experience and supporting team growth

Required

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and collaborate effectively with teams to achieve both individual and organizational goals
Foundational experience in approachable or contemporary luxury retail, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences; experience in related categories is highly desirable
Flexibility to accommodate dynamic business needs, including availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Active and engaged presence on the sales floor, with the physical capability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds to ensure operational excellence and an elevated customer experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
