Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements
Support procurement efforts related to technology, infrastructure, capital equipment, and services
Partner closely with engineering, finance, procurement, and operations teams to align contractual terms with business and technical objectives
Develop and improve contract templates, playbooks, and workflows to enable efficient, scalable contracting
Help implement and optimize contracting systems and processes
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state
Strong experience in commercial contracting with a focus on procurement and data centers
5–10 years of legal experience, ideally combining top-tier law firm training with in-house experience at a technology company
Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements
Preferred
Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure or data center projects
Background at high-growth startups or scaling technology companies
Exposure to AI or machine learning
