Act within the authority of the State Contract Act, the Engineer's Authority of the Standard Specifications, the Caltrans Construction Manual, and any other applicable administrative instructions
Qualification
Required
Possession of a valid certificate of registration as a Civil Engineer issued by the California State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers is required
Possession of a valid driver's license is required when operating a state owned or leased vehicle
Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is required
Possession of Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to interview and/or appointment
