Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage project phases, timelines, and deliverables for packaging-related initiatives
Facilitate stakeholder alignment across functions such as engineering, laboratory, procurement, quality, regulatory, and IT
Assist in developing procedures, templates, and work instructions to support documentation and process
Track progress, report status, and escalate issues for decision-making
Maintain resource allocation reports and dashboards
Ensure adherence to relevant industry standards and internal quality requirements
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience leading or supporting packaging projects in a regulated industry (medical device, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or similar)
Proficiency with enterprise systems (e.g., PLM, ERP), Microsoft 365 applications, and basic project management tools
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
Analytical approach with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and support cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Preferred
Experience in packaging or packaging engineering, including documentation management and compliance
Familiarity with regulated environments (medical device, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or similar)
Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, Six Sigma) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
