Confidential is seeking a Vice President of Account Services who will lead client service delivery and communication to ensure client needs are met profitably and consistently. The role involves improving engagement, service quality, and retention while partnering with Operations and other internal teams to align service delivery with client expectations and organizational objectives.

Marketing & Advertising

Responsibilities

Serve as the senior point of contact and escalation for existing client relationships, including service and contract-related issues
Partner with Operations leadership to communicate client needs, service level feedback, and operational changes
Establish client KPIs and reporting requirements; oversee consistent execution of the Client QBR process
Oversee client marketing, engagement, and entertainment initiatives
Ensure accurate billing, approvals, accruals, and AR collections in collaboration with Finance and Operations
Manage and evaluate client data, reporting tools, and dashboards to support continuous improvement
Drive quality assurance programs, sustainability initiatives, and wellness programs across client portfolios
Communicate strategic initiatives and performance updates across the organization
Collaborate with Legal, HR, and Finance to align resources and support client requirements
Participate in new business processes as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree required
7–10 years of experience driving process improvement using data, analytics, and performance metrics
Strong experience with financial reporting, KPIs, BI dashboards, and data management tools
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications and web-based platforms
Proven success in key client management and cross-functional leadership
Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively

Preferred

Experience in facilities management or similar services industry highly preferred
Background in quality assurance, client experience, or service delivery management preferred
