Dre Law APC is a law firm seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative / Office Assistant. This entry-level role offers the opportunity to gain experience in a professional legal environment while supporting attorneys and staff with various administrative tasks.
Law Practice
Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Greet clients and visitors
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Prepare, organize, and file legal documents (physical and electronic)
Data entry and basic document formatting
Assist with mail, scanning, copying, and filing
Maintain office organization and supplies
Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, email, and file management)
Professional demeanor and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Preferred
Familiarity with office equipment (copiers, scanners, phones)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Prior office or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
