Responsibilities

Lead and manage the construction team on-site to ensure project goals are met
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project schedules
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Review project plans and specifications to ensure all work is performed according to standards
Utilize P6 for project scheduling and Bluebeam for project documentation
Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems installation and inspections
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues that arise

Required

Proven experience General Superintendent in data center or semiconductor construction

Experience with MEP systems in mission-critical environments
Familiarity with Autodesk Build and other construction management tools
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
