Responsibilities
Build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service
Drive to local residences and businesses with your truck team to remove unwanted items
Lift and remove items (ability to repeatedly lift more than 75+ lbs)
Bring your strong work ethic and positive attitude to every job
Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement
Qualification
Required
Great Attitude: A positive mindset and eagerness to help others
Age & License: 21+ years of age with a valid driver's license
Team Player: Enjoy meeting and helping people every day
Goal-Oriented: Driven and motivated to achieve goals
Physical Fitness: Not afraid of hard physical work and able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
Effective Communicator: Clear and confident communication skills
Preferred
Experience: Previous customer service, driving, server, retail and general labor experience is helpful but not required
