Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing BPO opportunities across the BFS sector (Banking, Cards, Lending, Payments, Capital Markets, Wealth, Insurance)
Develop and execute a market penetration strategy to expand presence in new and existing BFS accounts
Leverage industry relationships, partner ecosystem, and references to generate qualified leads
Identify, open, and nurture new client relationships, including C-suite and senior business stakeholders
Build compelling value propositions for BPO services such as Customer Experience (CX), Contact Center, KYC/AML, Fraud Operations, Claims, Back-office Ops, and Digital Process Transformation
Create impactful sales pitches aligned to client priorities—cost takeout, automation, modernization, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency
Own opportunities end-to-end: lead qualification, solution shaping, proposal creation, and contract negotiation
Collaborate with delivery, consulting, automation/AI teams, and practice units to craft customized BPO solutions
Lead large transformation-led BPO deals, demonstrating ability to handle multi-stage enterprise sales cycles
Partner with internal stakeholders including delivery teams, domain SMEs, transformation leaders, and management to drive high-quality deal execution
Build a future-ready sales pipeline through structured planning, market intelligence, and industry insights

Required

10+ years of experience in BPO sales to Banking & Financial Services clients in the US market
Demonstrated success in new logo acquisition and growing accounts from zero to multi-million revenue
Strong understanding of BFS operations: Retail Banking, Cards & Payments, Compliance Ops, Claims, Wholesale Banking, Lending, Risk, and Support Ops
Proven experience leading large transformation and outsourcing engagements, including automation, digitization, AI/ML, and process reengineering
Strong executive presence, with ability to engage and influence CXO-level clients
High-energy, entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Ability to articulate compelling BPO value propositions, both short-term ROI and long-term business impact
Collaborative leader who can bring cross-functional teams together to execute complex pursuits
