Customer Service Assistant
Tulsa City-County Library is a vibrant community hub, and they are seeking a friendly, flexible Customer Service Assistant to help create exceptional experiences for their diverse community. In this role, you will assist customers with library services, maintain a clean space, provide tech support, and support programming initiatives.

Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers with library services and policies
Check in/out materials and help with renewals
Maintain a clean, organized space and route returned items
Provide basic tech support and help with self-checkout stations
Issue and update library cards
Support programming and equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with basic technology and customer interaction
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred
some college preferred
