Assist participants both over the phone and in person, addressing their questions and/or processing a variety of transactions
Demonstrate and uphold values of Trust, Respect, Unity, and Excellence
Deliver outstanding customer service
Handle emotionally charged situations with calmness, positivity, and composure, even under pressure
Possess strong organizational skills and take a proactive approach to responsibilities and problem-solving

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in essential operations
Proficient in both spoken and written English

Strong data entry capabilities using web-based systems
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
Demonstrates initiative in fulfilling and exceeding job responsibilities

Preferred

Experience working in a professional office or business environment
Previous experience in a customer service call center or phone-based support role
