Responsibilities
Brainstorm, script, film, and edit original TikTok videos (using CapCut or similar tools)
Stay on top of TikTok trends, sounds, and features to create viral-worthy content
Develop and maintain a content calendar
Shoot content at our labs/locations when possible (product unboxings, film processing demos, customer reactions, etc.)
Engage with comments, duets, and the community to grow our audience
Analyze performance metrics and suggest optimizations
Collaborate on cross-promotions with influencers, photographers, and event creators
Qualification
Required
Current student or recent graduate (marketing, communications, film/photography, or related fields a plus)
Proven experience creating personal or brand TikTok content (share your handle or examples!)
Strong video editing skills and a great eye for aesthetics
Passion for analog/film photography (bonus if you've shot disposables or developed film!)
Self-starter who can work independently and bring fresh ideas
Reliable, organized, and excited about short-form video
Familiarity with photography trends, nostalgia culture, and the film community is a huge plus
