Interior Designer/Project Manager

Anne Grice Interiors is an award-winning full-service interior design studio based in Aspen, Colorado, specializing in high-end residential design and remodeling. They are seeking a full-time Interior Design Project Manager with experience in furnishings and interior architecture to oversee multiple residential design projects and ensure high-quality service for their discerning clientele.

Responsibilities

Responsibility for residential interior design projects
Oversee a number of projects at once, shifting priorities as necessary
Scheduling, meeting deadlines
Ability to prepare FF&E budgets for 1,000 – 5,000 SF projects
Accurately produce and redline drawings and FF&E schedules and specifications in compliance with firm standards and building codes for residential interiors
Select, specify and purchase furnishings

Required

Interior Design degree
Minimum of 6 years of interior design experience, with a focus on high end residential
High level of proficiency in AutoCAD (minimum 4 years work exp.), including floor plans, electrical plans, interior elevations and furniture plans
Proficiency in Studio Designer and Sketch-Up are a plus
Understands the project process for a full remodel project from permit submittal to furnishings installation
Proficient in programs from the Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and Illustrator specifically
Understands purchasing process - can select, specify, order and track
Highly developed communication skills, written and verbal, specifically with clients
Knowledge of furniture sources, ordering, and tracking furniture
Strong attention to detail
Familiar with industry drawing standards
This position requires employee to work from our office
Ability to conduct activities involving moderate standing, walking, and substantial sitting and typing
Flexibility and ability to travel
Ability to lift boxes or items up to 40 pounds
Ability to hear and respond to phone calls and conversations
Ability to occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, and balance while filing or operating office equipment
