Director/ExecutiveNextGen Coding Company is seeking a results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and optimize operations across all business functions. The ideal candidate will ensure excellence and drive strategic objectives while managing cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations to ensure the company meets its strategic objectives efficiently and effectively
Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute comprehensive business strategies that align with NextGen’s growth goals
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery across full-stack development, software engineering, data solutions, and advanced tech initiatives
Streamline processes to improve productivity, optimize resource allocation, and drive operational excellence
Manage the development and implementation of company policies that promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance
Supervise and motivate a diverse team of department heads, fostering collaboration and a shared vision for success
Drive the scaling of business operations to support growth in high-tech domains like blockchain, AI/ML, and game development
Collaborate with the CFO to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning, ensuring alignment with operational priorities
Oversee partnerships with external stakeholders, including vendors and clients, to build strong, long-term relationships that benefit the company
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, best practices, and NextGen’s strategic and operational objectives
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or in a senior operations leadership role, ideally within tech-focused organizations
In-depth knowledge of full-stack web development, software development, APIs, data engineering, and cloud infrastructure
Familiarity with advanced technologies such as blockchain, AI/ML, computer vision, and game development
Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with a track record of driving operational improvements and scaling business operations
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team toward common goals
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of fostering partnerships and liaising with key stakeholders
Demonstrated experience in process optimization, project management, and change management
Preferred
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
