Responsibilities
Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery in alignment with business goals
Create business models and analyze competitive landscape
Drive the vision and execution of digital products using extensive energy data
Work with energy monitoring and performance data to identify actionable insights
Lead SCRUM meetings and agile development processes in partnership with engineering and design teams
Apply advanced Excel modeling and financial analysis to evaluate product performance
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful product development communication and deployment
Partner with Data Scientists to integrate machine learning models for customization and churn management
Present product roadmaps and performance updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Product Management experience in the solar energy industry
Exceptional Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex logic flows and identify data anomalies
Proven success leading cross functional teams and delivery of digital products leveraging energy data
Experience partnering with engineering teams and working effectively in an agile environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting
Advanced Excel skills and experience delivering products in a data focused environment
