Responsibilities
Solve Complex Technical Challenges Diagnose and resolve non-standard technical issues, acting as a trusted consultant for other engineers. Your expertise will keep systems running smoothly and customers happy
Lead Strategic Projects Design, deploy, and maintain IT systems that support business transformation. You’ll collaborate across teams and contribute to initiatives that align with our strategic goals
Set Standards and Best Practices Establish processes for system continuity, security, and performance. From automation to architecture reviews, you’ll ensure our technology is reliable and future-ready
Respond and Adapt Handle critical incidents with confidence, triaging and resolving issues quickly to maintain service continuity. Your judgment and agility will make a difference when it matters most
Share Knowledge and Mentor Others Author knowledge base articles, SOPs, and automation scripts. Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of learning and collaboration
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in technology or related fields
Expertise in Azure Modern Workplace technologies (AzureAD, InTune, Teams, SharePoint)
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
Proficiency with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, CloudFormation)
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and tools like Jira, MS DevOps, ServiceNow
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Deep understanding of security best practices for cloud systems
Ability to adapt quickly and solve complex problems with a strategic mindset
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Preferred
Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS certifications are a plus
