Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain automation systems that orchestrate multi-step business workflows
Develop services and scripts to replace manual, error-prone operational processes
Build resilient automation with monitoring, logging, and failure handling
Own automation reliability and continuously improve performance and scalability
Automate LLC entity creation and formation workflows, including document preparation and filing coordination
Integrate with third-party services for registered agents, EIN acquisition, and state filings
Build tooling to track entity lifecycle events such as amendments, renewals, and compliance deadlines
Automate business banking onboarding and account connection workflows
Integrate with fintech and banking APIs for account verification, payments, and reporting
Ensure secure handling of sensitive identity and financial data
Partner with compliance and security teams to meet regulatory requirements
Automate domain discovery, registration, and DNS configuration
Build workflows for website creation, hosting setup, and deployment
Integrate CMS platforms, landing pages, or custom front-end stacks into automated onboarding
Streamline the path from domain purchase to a live, customer-ready website
Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to design scalable solutions
Translate business requirements into technical automation pipelines
Document systems, workflows, and best practices
Take ownership of automation architecture and technical decisions
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in automation, backend, DevOps, or systems engineering
Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or similar
Experience working with APIs and third-party service integrations
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
Solid understanding of Linux environments and scripting
Preferred
Experience in fintech, crypto, or legal-tech environments
Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation)
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Exposure to security, compliance, or identity verification workflows
Startup or early-stage company experience
