The role involves performing critical web-based research, assisting with data gathering and data entry, and contributing to editorial projects in support of the team's strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Support Head of Business Affairs with daily tasks (e.g., scheduling, expenses, document management, etc.)

Enter and maintain dealmaking records for the BA team using Salesforce and Airtable databases to track deal terms, negotiation progress, and approvals

Track contract payments, request payee changes, content terminations, etc

Preparing offer proposals for the engagement of talent and personnel for both stage and audio productions, including, but not limited to, voiceover performers, writers, sound designers, directors, casting directors, etc

Assist with high-priority, urgent research projects

Required

B.A., B.S., or equivalent degree

Fluency in Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word, Salesforce, Airtable, and similar tools

Experience working with databases and high volumes of information

Excellent business judgment, detail and accuracy oriented, exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), and a track record of proven success

Excellent organizational and project management skills with experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities in a calm and efficient manner

Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)

Self-starter attitude and ability to build a strong rapport and trust with resources across multiple functional areas
