Develop original design concepts from scratch
Think through site challenges and propose creative, functional solutions
Create presentations that communicate ideas clearly and effectively
Draft and refine plans in CAD and Dynascape
Collaborate with designers, project managers, and field teams to evolve concepts
Translate creative ideas into build-ready documents
Work on multiple projects at different stages simultaneously
Assist with miscellaneous creative projects internally
Qualification
Required
Love concepting and creative problem-solving
Enjoy starting with minimal direction and building ideas from there
Think visually and spatially
