Responsibilities
Build and execute a bold, revenue-driven event roadmap aligned with GTM priorities
Run end-to-end execution of global events, from booth design to speaker sessions to memorable customer experiences
Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Product Marketing, and Design to deliver integrated event stories that drive pipeline
Track pipeline generated, lead quality, ROI, and customer sentiment to prove (and improve) impact
Qualification
Required
5+ years in B2B tech event management, ideally in CCaaS, SaaS, or CX platforms
Proven experience with international events and scaling programs
Strong project management and end-to-end execution chops
Hands-on with Cvent/Bizzabo, Salesforce/HubSpot, and virtual platforms like ON24 or Zoom Webinar
Based in the US, with a willingness to travel nationally and internationally (10–20% travel across the US, UK, and Australia)
Preferred
Event certifications (CMP, DES) are a plus
