Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and maintain cutting-edge IAM solutions including SSO, MFA, PAM, and identity lifecycle automation
Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access request workflows with precision and speed
Monitor and troubleshoot IAM systems to ensure peak performance and zero downtime
Collaborate with IT teams to enforce secure access controls across the enterprise
Conduct regular access reviews and audits to uphold compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Integrate IAM systems with cloud services, enterprise directories, and critical applications (Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, and more)
Stay sharp on emerging IAM technologies, compliance frameworks, and security trends
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
3+ years of hands-on IAM engineering experience
Expertise in platforms like Okta, SailPoint, Ping Identity, CyberArk, and Microsoft Azure AD
Deep understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, Kerberos)
Proficiency in scripting/programming (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript)
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, NIST, ISO 27001)
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred
IAM certifications (CIAM, Okta Certified Admin, SailPoint Admin)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid IAM integrations
Familiarity with Zero Trust Security Models
