Responsibilities
Lead, plan, organize, and execute program support activities that enable daily operations and warfighting missions
Support financial programs, budget preparation and execution, accounting liaison functions, and pay services
Assist with program, cost, and economic analysis to support informed decision‑making
Provide oversight for non‑appropriated funds, audit activities, internal controls, and quality assurance
Provide analytical, advisory, and technical support to squadron and group leadership
Identify program or technical deficiencies and recommend effective solutions
Deliver clear, accurate input on accomplishments, challenges, and compliance with guidance and regulations
Attend required meetings and maintain NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS accounts
Manage SOFA, passport, and VISA requirements for personnel
Support policy and procedure development, fiscal law compliance, and documentation accuracy
Qualification
Required
3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience
Relevant experience supporting DoD program activities
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong technical writing and documentation skills
Comprehensive understanding of Air Force concepts, mission objectives, and operational execution
Active TS/SCI clearance
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Experience supporting Air Force or DoD operational units, especially in a program support or resource management role
Familiarity with Air Force financial processes, budget execution, or cost analysis
Experience with SharePoint, task management systems, or government databases
Prior involvement with audit readiness, internal controls, or quality assurance programs
Experience coordinating personnel documentation such as SOFA, passport, or VISA requirements
Ability to brief leadership and communicate program impacts clearly
