Responsibilities

Lead the identification and translation of our clients digital needs for each of our core business areas
Stay educated on emerging technologies
Present reports on the company’s technology status, goals and or progress
Create and oversee implementation of technology solutions & strategies
Align the company’s technology resources with the organization’s short- and long-term goals
Serve on the executive committee to align technology goals to other departmental and organizational objectives
Identify what technologies can be used to improve the company’s products and services
The ability to drive teams in complex solution development
Demonstrated expertise in building business cases, solutions, developing proposal artifacts
Strong ability to collaborate to get things done in a matrix organization (e.g., successful collaboration across Division/Groups in current LMI structure)
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
Organization and time-management skills
Multitasking skills
Ability to manage large budgets effectively
Knowledge of latest technological advances that could benefit company
Knowledge of all functions and roles within IT
Knowledge of best information security practices
Excellent leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines
Demonstrated strong culture fit and values alignment with LMI
Demonstrated leadership capability. Team player

Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
