Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end AMS support for Gas Measurement and Management applications within Gas Operations
Manage incident tickets, service requests, and minor enhancements, ensuring SLA adherence
Partner with business users and IT teams to gather requirements, assess priorities, and deliver effective solutions
Coordinate and oversee offshore team activities, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
Ensure Tier-1 applications remain stable, performant, and compliant with business needs
Qualification
Required
Minimum 8 years of IT experience supporting North America Utilities Gas Operations
Strong functional knowledge of Gas Measurement, Gas Billing, and Gas Operations processes
Experience with Full Stack Java (Java, SQL, JavaScript), Oracle, DB2 databases, Python scripting, AWS cloud services
Proven track record in Application Maintenance/Production Support roles
Strong onsite-offshore coordination experience
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience in driving continuous improvements and enhancing system reliability
Familiarity with incident management and service request processes
Ability to prepare reports and communicate operational performance effectively
