Responsibilities

Use modeling and simulation tools such as the Extended Air Defense Simulation (EADSIM) to execute system-level air and missile defense modeling on behalf of MDA/DE-CA

Participate in international air and missile defense architecture studies and working group forums with MDA's international partners. Travel, to include international locations, may be required

Present findings to joint forums with MDA and international partners

Participate in planning for model-based studies supporting MDA's objectives in each region

Required

Bachelor's degree in STEM field

3+ years of experience with modeling tools supporting defense analysis or trade studies

Active Secret clearance

Engineering skills to include familiarity with modeling and simulation tools

Ability to plan for model-based studies supporting MDA's objectives in each region

Ability to execute model-based studies and develop analytical reports and briefings for MDA

Ability to travel, to include international locations, may be required

This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”)

Applicants must qualify as a U.S. person under the ITAR and the EAR, or a person to be approved for an export license by the governing agency whose technology comes under its jurisdiction
