Responsibilities

Assist in preparing, packing and shipping of examinations and field tests during the three administrations (January, June and August) with addition to Elementary and Intermediate Level Examinations (Spring) and continuous shipping of examinations

Prepping materials to be packed with examinations/field tests

Packing lock boxes with appropriate examinations and non-secure materials based on the shipping notice(s) for each school

Packing of the field tests and additional material

Required to pick up and move containers/bins of exams that are being shipped to schools that weigh up to 70 lbs

Required to push/pull and maneuver skids of exams with pallet jacks (there are manual pallet jacks, battery powered pallet jacks, and forklift trucks)

Required to pick up boxes of paper that can weigh up to 50 lbs

And other duties as assigned including office support and clerical duties
