Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive desktop support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Windows workstations
Manage Active Directory tasks, such as user account creation and updates
Perform basic networking duties, including cabling and maintaining networking closets
Document technical processes and resolutions effectively for future reference
Utilize ticketing systems to track and resolve issues, ensuring timely communication with team members and users
Collaborate with a large team to maintain seamless operations and share technical knowledge
Conduct desktop imaging and deployment to ensure systems are configured correctly
Travel to ambulatory sites as needed, with mileage reimbursement provided
Maintain clear and precise communication, both written and oral, to support users and team initiatives
Assist with healthcare-related technical requirements and adapt solutions to meet industry-specific needs
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of experience in desktop support or a related field
Proficiency in PC workstation setup and maintenance
Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Windows 10 operating systems
Experience with desktop imaging and deployment processes
Basic understanding of networking concepts, including cabling and infrastructure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes clearly
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, banking, or finance industries is a plus
