Recruiting Manager I

The Exchange is seeking a Recruiting Manager I to support small exchange facilities with innovative recruiting practices. This role involves leveraging the employment brand to source, attract, and recruit customer-centered associates while managing the onboarding process and analyzing local market hiring conditions.

Responsibilities

Executes recruitment strategies through branding/marketing, sourcing, developing, and maintaining relationships with potential external candidates for hourly to PB 3-1 positions through both traditional and non-traditional means such as recruiting websites, associate referrals, on-site recruiting, and social media
May attend and organize recruitment events to source applicants and build rapport
Builds a talent pipeline of both passive and active applicants
Manages onboarding process for all associates and conducts exit interviews
Assists in analyzing local market hiring conditions and recommends in-hire rates to newly hired associates
Uses collected data to further enhance recruiting practices
Reviews data for accuracy, completeness, and clarity
Determines applicant qualifications through interviewing applicants as necessary, analyzes responses, verifies references, and compares qualifications to job requirements
Refers applicants to manager/supervisor for interviews when needed
Receives Human Resources (HR) inquiries from internal and external customers at the Exchange level
Provides guidance on non-transactional/non-actionable inquiries and facilitates actionable items to appropriate individual(s) for resolutions
Performs other duties as assigned

HIPAA, Health Insurance and Portability Accountability Act Required within three months
Annual HR Code of Ethics/Confidentiality

Preferred

Experience utilizing traditional methods of career fairs, events, and community partnerships
Comfortable with leveraging social media and online recruiting tools and technology
Prior experience staffing entry-level positions in a retail, food, or other high-volume work environment
One year of experience as a recruiter
Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems
Bachelors degree
Major in Business Administration/Management
Major in Human Resource Management
