Responsibilities
Help customers research and choose the right vehicle
Gain OEM certification and complete all required training
Set and schedule appointments and address vehicle availability
Facilitate the buying process remotely with our customers as required
Call, e-mail, and text with customers as needed
Manage online chat and video chat interactions
Plan, organize, and complete daily activities each day in the dealership CRM
Greet and assist customers when they enter the showroom
Complete informative demonstration drives as needed
Review pricing and assist customers with completion of paperwork or online order
Deliver and review the vehicle to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Professionals with Internet sales experience, automotive sales experience, or similar background
Proficient computer skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Positive attitude and sales intensive approach
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic
High school or equivalent
Preferred
Automotive CRM experience is preferred, but not required
