This role involves managing the disposition process from deal handoff through closing while building and maintaining strong relationships with builders and investors.

Responsibilities
Manage the disposition process from deal handoff through closing
Build, grow, and maintain a strong network of qualified builder and investor buyers
Drive deal velocity through proactive buyer outreach and follow-up
Execute dispositions within pricing and deal parameters set by leadership
Negotiate buyer terms within approved ranges; escalate exceptions as needed
Ensure buyers meet established qualification and performance standards
Coordinate with acquisitions, legal, operations, and title to ensure timely closings
Manage buyer communications, contracts, and disposition pipeline tracking
Protect company brand, reputation, and long-term builder relationships
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in real estate dispositions, investment sales, or transaction execution
Proven experience working directly with builders and active investor buyers
Strong understanding of land and residential real estate transactions
Highly organized, execution-focused, and able to operate independently
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
