Responsibilities

Supporting baseline installations into operations

Troubleshooting operational issues, dealing with anomalies and system recovery

Supporting the generation of weekly and monthly availability reports, plus any ad-hoc requests for data

Attending technical exchange meetings as the representative for the program

Supporting resolution of technical systems engineering, integration, and operations issues

Attending coordination meetings with other segments to plan operational activities

Monitoring, tracking, coordinating, and implementing operational workloads

Providing off-hours call-in support to assist 24/7 operations

Work within a closed area lab in Las Cruces, New Mexico

Required

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience

Experience in Systems engineering lifecycle experience in at least one phase—such as requirements analysis, system design, implementation support, integration, verification and validation, deployment, or maintenance of large software systems

Experience in operations and maintenance tasks and activities

Experience with Microsoft Office

Active and transferable U.S. government issued DOD TS/SCI with poly is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
