Responsibilities
Recruit for general labor positions at scale using job boards, referrals, and local networks
Make 30–50+ outreach calls per week to engage and qualify potential candidates
Screen and schedule interviews promptly and professionally
Work collaboratively with departments, hiring managers, and leaders to align on staffing needs
Advocate for candidates by presenting and highlighting their qualifications for the role
Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure a seamless candidate experience
Qualification
Required
Experience in high-volume recruiting, particularly in general labor, warehouse, or manufacturing sectors
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting
Detail-oriented with experience in managing applicant tracking systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Outlook
Preferred
Strong relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and meeting deadlines
Basic skills in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
