Responsibilities
Lead supply chain strategy and execution across planning, sourcing, procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and distribution
Oversee ERP utilization (NetSuite/SAP or similar) to enable accurate forecasting, planning, and performance reporting
Manage supplier relationships, contract manufacturing partners, and outsourcing strategies, including contract negotiations and implementation
Drive inventory optimization, including forecasting, safety stock strategy, cycle counting, and inventory accuracy across Hyper Hub and manufacturing partners
Own key supply chain KPIs including OTD, inventory turns, days on hand, lead time, cost-to-serve, and supplier performance
Partner with Strategic Sourcing and Operations to improve production planning, capacity alignment, and on-time delivery
Lead cost management initiatives including freight optimization, procurement savings, and working capital improvement
Support product lifecycle management and new product introduction in partnership with Engineering and Manufacturing
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Lean process optimization across supply chain and manufacturing partners
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, ethical sourcing, and regulatory requirements
Partner with Finance on variance analysis, cost modeling, and performance reporting
Develop SOPs, standard work, and scalable processes to support growth
Train, mentor, and develop supply chain team members
Provide data-driven insights and executive-level reporting to leadership and key stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field
5–10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, production planning, or manufacturing operations
Proven experience managing domestic and offshore suppliers and contract manufacturing environments
Strong understanding of inventory planning, logistics, sourcing, and ERP-driven supply chain operations
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive KPI performance
Preferred
Experience in electrical infrastructure, data center, electronics, or engineered manufacturing environments
Background supporting new product introduction and product lifecycle management
APICS certifications (CPIM, CSCP) or similar credentials
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
