The role involves connecting with local businesses, sharing product offerings, and assisting new customers in onboarding while working closely with the Inside Sales team.

Responsibilities
Local travel within your assigned territory is required
Connecting with local businesses, sharing how W.B. Mason can support their workplace needs, and helping new customers get set up for success
Traveling by car or on foot to identify and engage potential clients, distribute marketing materials, and introduce them to our wide product selection
Using people skills and product knowledge to demonstrate value, provide custom pricing, and assist in onboarding
Working closely with the Inside Sales team to convert leads and transition accounts smoothly to account managers
Qualification
Required
Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Outstanding English communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred
Prior experience in restaurant roles (serving, bartending), retail, or customer service is highly valued
A bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required
