In this role, you will ensure products meet quality standards by inspecting and testing materials throughout the production process and maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities
Inspect, test, package, and label in-process and finished products according to specifications
Perform visual inspections based on customer requirements and Nordson MEDICAL standards
Communicate necessary adjustments to production teams based on inspection results
Accurately document inspection results in the quality database
Conduct Melt Flow testing and inspect incoming raw materials as assigned
Maintain and report on measurement equipment functionality and calibration status
Assist in training new and existing Quality Inspectors
Support quality management with tasks such as rework, filing, and special testing
Verify labels and documentation for accuracy
Follow all safety and health standards to maintain a secure work environment
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to read and document specifications and measurements accurately
Strong attention to detail and ability to see small print clearly
Clear and legible writing skills
Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal
Preferred
Experience with Quality System Management and documentation control
