Responsibilities

Manage electrical studies

Work as project manager for large capital projects in ITS and Electrical Engineering

Design coordination and review of study reports and design drawings

Review construction documents such as as-built plans, Request for Information (RFI), and submittals

Review Scope of Work (SOW) of ITS/Electrical on-call tasks

Work with different utility companies for power, energy, and communication requirements of projects

Coordinate with ITS/Electrical engineers and other MDTA stakeholders in different tasks and projects and attend project-related meetings

Prepare engineering cost estimates and man-hour estimates for ITS/Electrical tasks; and

Field visits to different facility locations with consultants/contractors as needed for various projects
