Responsibilities
Lead and manage retail interior projects from inception to completion
Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Collaborate with clients to define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals
Review and interpret blueprints and design plans to guide project execution
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budgets
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate with contractors, designers, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution
Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Interior Design, or related field
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the retail or commercial interiors sector
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Familiarity with OSHA 30 standards and safety regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously
