Site/Civil Engineer
MRB Group is an engineering and architecture firm that has been providing professional services since 1927. They are seeking a Site/Civil Engineer to join their Site Development Group in Rochester, NY, responsible for providing full design services, attending board meetings, and supporting municipal planning groups.

Responsibilities
Provide full design services for site development
Attend board meetings and support municipal planning groups
Knowledgeable in drainage and stormwater regulations
Represent the firm in meetings and conferences with clients and regulatory agencies
Qualification
Required
Civil Engineering Degree
Minimum of 8 years of experience
Strong knowledge of site plan design
Proficiency in stormwater and hydraulic calculations
Familiarity with State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR)
Familiarity with NYSDEC and MS4 stormwater regulations
Knowledge of comprehensive plans and zoning regulations
Proficient in AutoCAD
Proficient in storm drainage software
Proficient in Word and Excel
Excellent writing skills
Good communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Self-starter
Ability to represent the firm in meetings and conferences with clients, regulatory agencies, and officials of other organizations
Preferred
NY licensed professional
