Recruiter for Special Needs Support
Endeavor HCBS is dedicated to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities to live meaningful lives. They are seeking a full-time Recruiter to develop and lead the recruitment strategy for their HCBS division, overseeing the entire recruitment process and ensuring a strong pipeline of Direct Support Professionals.

Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment for All 3 HCBS Offices
Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and pipeline management
Same-day outreach to new applicants and rapid response to inquiries
Motivating candidates to attend in-person interviews in Mesa, Phoenix, or Prescott
Scheduling interviews on behalf of the recruiting pipeline using Google Calendar
Maintaining accurate and compliant digital records for audits and internal reviews
Completing 5-Day and 90-Day New Hire Surveys and reporting trends
Job fairs and hiring events (coordinating and attending for all 3 offices)
Community partner events, career centers, schools, and outreach activities
Engagement events that elevate the Endeavor HCBS brand
Create and manage job ads across Indeed, ISOlved, social media, and local networks
Track performance metrics and adjust strategy based on results
Assist in the creation of recruiting content, images, and outreach collateral
Order, track, and restock all recruitment materials and office brochures
Ensure all three offices stay fully stocked with walk-in applicant packets
Maintain a clean, professional applicant experience in each location
Maintain HIPAA-compliant hiring processes
Uphold confidentiality standards for applicant and member information
Provide weekly recruitment reports to leadership
Maintain a CRM/ATS with detailed and accurate documentation
Identify recruitment gaps and propose strategic solutions
Support the Phoenix and Prescott offices with on-site recruitment days
Qualification
Required
Experience in high-volume recruitment, staffing, home care, HCBS, or healthcare
Professionalism and ability to self-manage workload
Strong communication skills (in-person, email, phone, text)
Tech proficiency (Google Suite, Microsoft, ATS/CRM systems)
Ability to manage competing deadlines and maintain accuracy
Comfortable speaking with families, DSPs, and applicants professionally
Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
Ability to travel to and work from offices in Mesa, Phoenix, Prescott and other areas as needed
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Experience in HCBS, DDD, caregiving, social services, or disability services
Experience representing an employer at job fairs and outreach events
Recruitment marketing or social media advertising experience
